Implant Tracking

The Implant Tracking details screen in OMSVision allows for comprehensive implant tracking. In this screen, an office can enter the dates of placement, uncovering and removal as necessary. The dates radiographs and images were taken can also be included. Another great feature of the screen is the ability to detail the specific implant manufacturer, serial and lot numbers, area of implant placement and the type of final restoration.

Referrer Reports

With the Referrer Reports, doctors and office staff are able to create endless possible reports of detailed referrer information. The reporting filter assists with the reporting options. Some of the reports that can be created include Simple and Expanded Financials, reports by procedures performed, and Status reports that can be shared with referring doctors to discuss patients that have had consultations and treatments. In addition, Fading Referrer reports, which alert when there is a decrease in the amount of patients referred can be created.

Internal Word Processor

OMSVision features an internal word processor with a file manager that allows offices to select documents, letters, and labels to be printed for patients, guarantors and referrers. With the word processor an office can instantly print or send a batch file for printing later. In addition, an office has the option to log any correspondence to patient files.
